Ryan Welch
Ryan Welch comes from a long line of storytellers. His great-grandfather told stories with artists’ pencils. His grandfather with film – and his father with words. While he maintains an interest in all three, his passion lies in telling stories using images – both still and motion.
Ryan is the creative director of AO.Creative, a communications company specializing in print design, web design and video production. He is also co-owner of One Click Sports News (www.ducksportsnews.com), a online resource for college football fans around the country. Along with AO.Creative, Ryan is co-owner of Vivid Wedding Films (www.vividweddingfilms.com), creating wedding films and taking photos for couples all around the country. Whether behind the camera or in front of the computer editing, his goal is to convey a story that evokes emotion and creativity.
Ryan enjoys spending with his wife Susan and kids Cade (age 4) and Avin (age 2). He also enjoys football and basketball games, volunteering for Young Life, golfing, camping, mountain biking and making movies.

Jay Jones
A graduate of Vancouver Film School, Jay is Creative Director of Prevedello and Associates, Inc., a full-service advertising agency in Eugene, Oregon. He is also co-owner of One Click Sports News, an online sports network for college football fans.
In addition to mixing metaphors, Jay also enjoys mixing it up on the broadcast side, as well. After working behind the camera at Chambers Communications (Chambers Productions, KEZI-TV), Jay now finds himself in front of the mic on several college football sports talk radio shows. In 2009, Jay was named The Register-Guard’s Readers’ Choice “Most appealing local TV or radio personality” in the Eugene/Springfield area.
When asked what her husband does for a living, Jay’s wife, Alisa, answers, “He works in media.”
When asked if she have any kids, she usually responds, “Just one. CJ. He’s almost a year old.” Occasionally, she adds, “And Jay, too.”
